To Link paypal Or not to?
 

Just was wondering if anyone knows if its safe to link a E-bay Account to a Paypal account which has different address's & names, & I wanted to ask if anyone knows if its safe to withdrawal from paypal if the information on my paypal & ebay are different.

I just dont want to get limited or anything, just got this new ebay back up & I forgot to keep clearing my cookies, so my E-bay accounts where actually closing faster than my Amazon accounts, which I think Amazon is a little easier to get back on then ebay.


BTW, I just got back on ebay today & they verified my information, they have let me back on E-bay, so I just want to see if Ebay will get any information sent over from paypal.

Leave those accounts alone until you have educated yourself. Get hoild of the stealth guide before you do ANYTHING else.

I have the stealth guildes I'm just getting word that I shouldnt pay my seller fees with my new Paypal account?

trust me I have Ebay Stealth & I have Amazon Stealth, I just want to make sure this account dont get limited, so far its not limited.

im just confused with the paypal part of linking, I do not know if paypal will get my linked by sending any information to ebay, I have read a thread that says DO NOT PAY your seller fee's with your paypal account, or els it will be linked, thats what my questions are, these are the questions that arnt answered in the book, I already know the book well, ive studied it for 2 months now, & I just got everything worked out almost.

Your Paypal account and your Ebay account have to have the same information - if they don't you are in trouble

Paypal and Ebay share EVERYTHING - they are one and the same.

eBay & Paypal account MUST have the same information.
You are required to like your eBay to a Paypal account in order to sell (if I remember correctly).

I have not actually been required to link my Ebay to my paypal, although I have the choice to link, maybe its through linking my paypal account & ebay account which calls for them to be ran through investigation.

Im going to try & change my paypal address to my ebay address. that is the only difference I have.

Folks, just so you know I will keep you informed on weather or not, having 2 seperate address's on the paypal & ebay accounts link, I am actually testing this not worried if I do become linked, so it actually looks as though it will work, & if by chance this account becomes limited, I had only made 1 mistake, so please be aware, I have not been limited on my account, & I have already gave ebay there first phone call to verify my account, because the guy at ebay had informed me, every new account has to be verified once, & in this process he had informed me that my account had been verified, & I was able to list & sell again..

As of right now, I have 3 items up & am going to take it slow on this account so that I can keep it unlinked, but I would like to tell you I belive that if I where actually to LINK from my Ebay to my PAYPAL, that is what would get me limited, as strange as it sounds, my actuall PAYPAL account has the exact address that had been banned on EBAY, & my account has not been linked!

NOW IM NOT SURE IF AT SOME POINT IT WILL RUN THROUGH THERE SYSTEM, BUT LIKE I SAID, I AM TESTING THIS & I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW BECAUSE BY THE LOOKS OF IT, EVERYTHING ON EBAY & PAYPAL ACCOUNT CAN BE DIFFERENT AS LONG AS YOU DONT LINK THE 2, PERHAPS THATS HOW THE EBAY & PAYPAL LINKING WORKS, I FOR 1 AM NOT 100% SO I WILL KEEP YOU ALL INFORMED, BUT IF EVERYTHING KEEPS GOING RIGHT, I WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM, YOU MUST JUST NOT LINK YOUR EBAY & YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
