Years ago (more than 25) I hadf something similar. It promised to shed inches from your waist and help to lose weight - a LOT of weight.
It was two ropes that hooked onto a door. Each rope had a pulley, and loops at each end - one that went around your ankle and the other that you would hold on to. This made leg-lifts easy and I used it religiously. Not much in the way of results, though.
When I went to my doctor for a checkup, I brought it with me. He laughed so hard, he nearly peed in his pants! He told me I had a better chance of losing weight by eating 3 meals a day at McDonald's.
These silly things seem to recycle themselves. And with the infomercial companies, they have doctors on their lists that will endorse ANYTHING for the right price. They put the package together KNOWING it is total BS to take money from innocent people. Then, they sue people who sell the knockoffs. But really, WHO IS MORE CROOKED HERE???
Anyone who knows me KNOWS I am not in favor of counterfeits. Except maybe in these cases...
