Question on Virtual Phone Number usage
 

Hi,
I want to open a few accounts, just to let them age for later on (30-60 days) and maybe buy 1 or 2 shippable trinkets on it for good measure in the mean time.

Now, concerning virtual phone numbers - they cost money, 4-20 dollars each.

So , I was thinking I would put in some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ random number for now.

1) When I start using the account, Ill just update the number with a newly bought virtual number. Is that ok, or does it make ebay suspicious?

2) Further, what if I dont update the number to a real virtual number when I start using the account, but only when/if I get limited in some way - is that okay?

I prefer to have a phone number at once. That way the account establishes
itself and you have minimal need to alter anything.

It's okay in the beginning. But make sure to update it later or you could be limited. Usually if you're limited you're just asked to follow a procedure to verify your phone number. It's automated the last I checked.
