trouble with buyer
 

Sorry for the old post Resurrection but I'm having the same issue and reaching out to HWGA. I sold something and buyer files claim and sends back box of rocks. I tried filing police report but they refuse to take it because buyer is in Canada. I'm in PA. How can I get them to file the police report? Is it wise send PP a "not legit" one? Thoughts? Thanks

sorry to hear about your troubles, but basically you a SOL. A few years ago they actually had a check box the said buyer sent a brick, but that was only for the buyer. You can call paypal and complain, but i doubt you will get anywhere. If you sold it through ebay and shipped to his confirmed address you should be protected under Paypal's seller protection policy, but they rarely payoff and even if they do they have to be able to get it from the buyer's account.
