Moving from 10 items/month to 100 items/month

I've been having a hard time finding specifics on raising initial selling limits...

Does anything happen at 30 days? In all my experiences, 90 days has been the number.

Does eb manually review your account and then choose whether or not to raise the limit? or is it some sort of automated formula like feedback, dsr's...?

In for an answer. They wouldnt let me get higher limits. Info doesnt match so ill just play it safe.

On my last account, some time after aprox. 100 days it jumped from 10 items / 1000$ to 100 items / 3500$
