Is any experince to change registration country?

I know, generally it is not good idea, but wherever....

I have good aged Canadian eBay account with good history, can I change registration address to UK or USA? Can this turn then this Canadian account to fully operated UK account? Or simply dont change address and sell with Canadian IP on UK site?
Can this put me under flag?

Other words, which one way is better to sell with Canadian account on UK?

Unfortunately, if your account was originally registered under a Canadian address, it will remain "Canadian" no matter how you change your info. However, you can still sell on eBay UK/USA just by logging onto their respected sites, and/or by allowing shipping to your desired countries.
