Withdrawing & using VPS
 

So I've been using a friends paypal / ebay from Australia. Usually just use his computer through teamviewer. However his computer updated :/ and have no access whatsoever until he come back from holiday. Which can take up to 4-5 weeks.

Time that I do not have and nobody else to access his homw computer.

Is there any virtual service I can use to access a Sydney's IP address without having the paypal being restricted ?

Next time I will make sure to put on vacation on paypal settings so if this happens I have other ways.

Yes, the best solution for VPN is strongvpn.com, it is not use proxy and offer direct connect to internet. Also very important point, that their servers are not overlouded.
This service is also approved by stealth guide and also my personal experience says that is very good. I run 8 VPN accounts thru years and no any eBay/Paypal account limited for this reason.
