Using VCC and paying as a guest
 

I only have about 3 days left to pay for something or I run the risk of being suspended from a website. They've already been patient with me as PayPal keep screwing me up.

My Stealth PayPal currently has funds but they're all in "Payment Holds" so I cant access them yet. I need to pay for an invoice pretty quickly so the only other way is paying as a "guest".

I can easily use my stealth address while paying but I'll be sending payment with a debit card that has my real details. Is that risky? Would it be the same situation as using a bank account with real info to fund a Stealth account?

The only other way is a VCC. But I'm not sure whats the best company for this in the UK? I hear Entropay aren't good with PayPal anymore. Won't they ask for documents? Why does everybody ask for 'documents' these days, never used to be like this.

In theory, if you are paying as a guest (obviously newUser A/c, IP , ID etc) you shouldn't have any problem. Your problem occurs if the person you are paying releases any of your details into the Paypal system.

As I don't know who or what you are paying it is impossible to be any more specific than that - sorry

Seriously speaking, if your finances are not sorted, why are you risking paypal? You're compunding your problems. Not being rude. Been there. Took ages to throw out the t-shirt.

It's for an off eBay transaction. It's a different auction site, but the only payment option they offer is PayPal. And they're in the United States so I can't send cheque/money order.

I am able to pay as a guest when I go to the Checkout and I'll have the new user/IP sorted, it's just knowing what name/address to use to be safe.

I have 2 name/address options - One is the real one which will match my debit card info, but the address has been suspended in the past.
The other is my Stealth information, which is currently being used on a, so far, working account. It's an address I have access to but won't match the debit card.
