Pandora caused accounts to be limited
 

i sell Bracelet that has pandora stamp on them.e-bay suspend my 4 account as they found linked...wow..that's really got me big time.I want to sell again...i need a new account.Please help.

you are subscribed, so read book and ask specific questions after.... I want to make an account, please help..... is not a question we can answer, entails too much info....

FYI, alot of rights owners are getting aggressively proactive....by all means sell a few now and then, but it simply is not a business plan to sell in any quantities, if you want to keep an account....

PM the reputable sellers on this site to buy an account if you feel the need.

I learned the hard way just like everyone else. There are 2 things you do not say or use in your listings on eBay "PANDORA" and "TIFFANY & CO". Aggressive is a nice way of putting it. They down right stalk your account and just sit and wait for you to list the next item with either of those 2 words. When you do-you are done. The best part is no matter what you do or say it will not change their minds. I even went as far as to offer copies of authenticity paperwork and they said "NO". :rant:

Of course ebay said no. Any person can make copies and more copies. I can make a copy for me and few for my friends. Or people can pay me to make copies for them, do you now what i'm saying?
Ebay does not like high risk sellers. I have also found that out myself through many real accounts with real info.

I completely understand and can respect that. So what does someone do if they have a couple pieces of jewelry from those brands? I guess I really didn't look at it from that point. I have had these items for a couple years and I just wanted to sell them for financial needs. So from what I'm understanding it's in my accounts best interest to just not even try due to the fact it just to risky! I really appreciate everyone input. Some times all it takes is another point of view to all the sudden see the real picture. I guess I never had any ill intentions so I just couldn't understand why the paperwork from Tiffany's wouldn't be good enough. WOW! I just realized I live in a sheltered world-LOL!! you just sold one? thats unusual, its normally they hit you as soon as you list second in a short space of time.

I got this few months back, on some design concept idea brand owner said they had a right to, was not their brand but their intellectual property...such a minefield....but simple brand ownership like pandora is easy concept to understand. In a way I was pleased that I got hit on a test order, as opposed to having made a big order and have a load in my storage space. Getting a takedown, lets you know where you stand, it means do not sell again or only sell occasionally and only after letting account breathe for 3 months ie sell non branded items only for that period.

now and again on a strong account is not going to be an issue, there is a difference between selling that brand occasionally and selling it in quantities...It is not a business plan..

what real counterfeiters do is buy the real thing and show that paperwork, so paperwork can mean nothing......
