ebay suspension?
 

I thought I took care of everything but they still restircted my account.
clean computer-complete reinstall
I used a vpn to connect-
Ip address location and info I gave have been matched
I disable the recommended plugins-(mention in amazon ghost cuz i also made an amazon account)
I switched to chrome browser.
new email & name
new paypal acccount
new phone also matching the ip address

What did I forget?
how did they catch me?

Most new accounts get restricted. Of more value is the type of restriction.

Because you're not supposed to hide it, just change it.

Give it a try without VPN, and see if it works for you. From what I read around, EB or AM dislike vpns.

OKay I will give it a try. but does ebay see your modems ip address or computers?
I have a combines router & cable modem on verizon fios service. I heard can't reset the mac address on combined modem/router

It will see the modem.

When you use VPN you only change your IP address ( But how do you know that this VPN IP is clean on ebay) for the MAC address even if you will use a software to change then they will get yo by software GUID, so the safest way to change your MAC is to change it in the registry.

Listen to what other folx are saying here - especially about the VPN - that could be an ax on you.

Gotcha guys! I will change mac in the registry but I thought I read that it couldn't be changed with a combo modem & router, is this accurate? anyways I will try it!
