200 Items Paypal Limit

If I hit the 200 items sold with paypal but under $20,000, will they still request a SSN? I wouldn't be close to $20,000 either.

SSN can be requested at ANY time - not just dependent on the amount - it also depends on WHAT you sell and HOW you sell it.
