eBay is asking for VAT invoices to lift account limits

Okay guys so i phoned ebaY yesterday to lift limits on my account, and the guy told me he's sending me an email with the information regarding how to lift selling limits, I received this email then:

Quote:

Hello,

As part of keeping eBay a safe and enjoyable place to buy and sell, we
may sometimes ask members to verify the details they've registered with
us, or for more information regarding the items they're selling. Until
we have received this information from you your account will not be able
to list any items.

In order to have this limit removed we'd like to ask you to confirm your
name and address, as well as ownership of items that you have listed on
eBay.

These are the documents we need:

1) Proof of your identity (copy of your national ID, passport or driving
license)
2) Proof of your address you have on file with us (copy of utility bill)
3) Proof of ownership for items you have listed

Please understand that we can't accept an order confirmation as proof
that the item is in your possession.
After i received this email i scanned and sent them all the documents they were asking for but today in the morning i received an other email:

Quote:

Hello XYZ,

Thank you sending in the requested documentation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the authenticity of your items
with the documents you sent. Please forward the original VAT invoices
from your supplier in order to have your selling allowance reviewed.

To submit these documents please attach them to an email and send it to
our account verification team at sellerveri@ebay.com.

Please make sure you include your user ID into the email to help us
match the documents with your account.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation; we look forward to receiving
your documents and resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Kind regards,
eBay Seller Verification Team
So now the problem is that i don't have them VAT Invoices, what can i do about it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. (:

Ali, no offence but it sounds like they are playing with you. eBay are absolute scum of the earth and will give you a ride on their merry-go-round asking for this that and the other.

If they didn't like your first set of docs, then that will go on their records, so I am thinking that anything more that they want is just a way of telling you not bother with any more. Could be wrong, but I have seen this sh*t time after time in the past...

Not to sure what ID is required for an EORI number which is a temporary VAT number, but you can apply online for this and then the number is sent through in the same format as a full VAT number eg. - GB021553266001
