Ebay fees paid from Balance
I completely forgot about the fees, and today they charged the Paypal account for the fees, from the Paypal balance.
This is fine right?

All depends on whether the funds are free and clear (items delivered, feedback left) and prior history of withdrawals. If you were limited right away, you should be ok.

Yep, should be ok as long as there is enough in there to cover it.

I forget sometimes and its been fine. As long as everything is paid off etc. everyone is happy.

Yes usually, but I'm about to ask for raising limits and faxing in documents, and I don't want to trigger anything before that.
