PayPal make me laugh...
 

Received this this morning for a PayPal account that's been suspended for 5 months...

"We need your help resolving an issue with your PayPal account.

Please provide the necessary information by 18/09/2011. If we don't receive the information in time, we are required by law to limit access to your account. When PayPal limits an account, your funds may be held until we've confirmed your identification as per the User Agreement.

It's usually quite straightforward to take care of these things. Most of the time, we just need some more information about your account or latest transactions. Please log in to your account and go to the Resolution Centre to find outwhat you need to do. If we don't hear from you by 18/09/2011, we may limit what you can do with your account until the issue is resolved.

I can't be bothered to even attempt to resolve this. Tried that 5 months ago with no joy. Even if I succeed this time, they'd limit me soon after as it's still linked with another suspended account with the same address.

I just wish they'd communicate with each other. Recieved an email about an already suspended eBay account this morning telling me they've suspended me due to non-payment of fees. But I'm already suspended :doh::doh::doh:
