The first link at the top works for me, but the second link at the bottom doesnt.

It's about Poker companies, and how they handle your account, stuff they offer you based on activity, all kinds of security checks based on behaviour, all kinds of problems that arise and how they handle it based on risk.

Yeah, the casino is interesting because it gives an insight to what these companies consider "risky", paypal included no doubt.
