Vanilla Visa?
 

Bought two vanilla visa cards to verify two paypals and cant get either one to verify. Says it cant verify the address even though I entered the zipcode. If these cards arent working now, which ones are working??

vanilla cards that start with 4315 dosent work no more the others will. theres all kinda cards out there u just have to trial and error

i'm having the same issue, i purchased the Vanilla visa card # starts with 4315 as doughboykilla said, tried to lift my paypal sending limits for a buyer account and it keeps getting the Paypal Errors.... :doh:

You need to go to the Vanilla card website and then it will ask you to enter a ZIP CODE in for online purchases, once you complete that step you can register the card on PP with any address as long as you provide the matching zip code entered in the Vanilla system.

the 4315 cards wont work even after u reg the zip code.

I got a 4315 yesterday and din't work. I went to buy another one but I got 4315 again.
I notice the numbers in the back for both 4315 are 178564*** and exp 2019. Maybe looking for other numbers and different exp date will work.

All places around me sell the 10/19 and they do work!

Buy a few from the sellers here to get you started.

Everyone around me carries these cards and I noticed that if you dig around you can find a variety of dates even in the same stack.

Keep working hard and make as much as you can now.

They have changed many times over the years and of course the people here have been able to fix the problems that eb and pp has tossed at everyone.

I did not see eb being a major player a few years ago the way they were screwing over the same people who helped them build ebay and become what they are. Both eb and pp has screwed over many good people/sellers along the way and cost several people I know personally their homes, business, savings etc. I did not think they were survived being so dirty and low to people but they have.

We will just have to learn to adjust to their nasty ways.

We will survive.

I found one that works fine the Vanilla Visa reloadable card $20-$500.

Wow my target dosent even have any prepaid giftcards there. Ive been useing 10/19 and works every time i havent gotton any other ones in quite some time. I also use walmart giftcards and since its christmas time they poped up the $25 cards insated of the conventional $50 and $100 cards which was only ones sold.

+ There easier to buy w/o suspension from noisy employess.
+ These cost $3.44 comapred to $4.95 Vanillavisa For me ever little savings count when u buy 20 of these at a time.

now for the -

- The walmart cards take 2-3 days to show the code as to VV's is instant.

But less tourble and cheaper price out ways the wait time for me :)

My humble input:
VV starts with 4315 08/13 - does NOT work
IDT gift2go card starts with 4241 11/18 does NOT work either (was sure it would work, you can register your full name/address/phone#)

Any other safe bets? I dont have wallmart here. What about vanilla MC? And AMEX gift cards? You gotta call and dictate your info to an indian guy to register AMEX.

Forgot to mention, I'm trying to verify fresh Ebay account with those. NOT PAYPAL

I just verified two accounts with Vanilla Visa cards with the bin 4847-35 exp 06/20 with no problems.

Purchased these from Walgreens

I use the visa cards with the blue backage and the pic of the present on it, you can register em online and they address matches perfect, ALSO when paypal charges that 1.95 its on the online history page in about 30 seconds.

Just used a Vanilla Visa gift card yesterday. Exp. 10/19. Registered card (zipcode) and used same zip for paypal. Successfully added.
