Which is better for verifiying Ebay Seller Accounts?
 

Which is better for verifiying Ebay Seller Accounts:

1) Linking your Paypal by verifying a Phone Verification PIN

2) Using an AVS VCC


I have only used the first option and need to know if we using the second option is safe as well. Also after using the second option if we link a Paypal account do we still have to go through the Phone Verification?

I always use VCC- doesn't have to be a AVS as long as the zip code matches which you

can use Vanilla Visa it works fine. Phone verification I only get when they limit my account.

Are VCC verified accounts more easier to get got by a radar than the Phone verified accounts? I mean isn't it better to have a Phone verified Ebay Seller account from the beginning?

Also I'd appreciate if someone could answer my Paypal linking question. Thanks
