Merchant Accoun - Where?
 

This is a silly question but eBay has changed alot over the last time I used it...where on eBay can I sign up for a merchant account, I cant seem to find the link (so I can use CCNow)

Did you try eBayhateluvs suggesting about eBay extra hidden tabs? It's there buddy...

Do you mean to actually sign up for a Merchant Account or Ccnow?, or say in your listings that you accept a merchant account?

You will have to go to the Merchant Account's website to actually sign up. example Ccnow.com...then try ebayhateluv's trick to add it to your listings..

I am already signed up for CCNow but am wondering do I have to go through any process through ebay to connect CCNow to my listings? Do i simply disable the check out on eBay in seller prefrences and place a link on my webpage to CHECK OUT HERE?

Also what is ebayhatelove's method (Link apreciated)?

You can send invoices to your buyers after the auction closes..and an email explaining to use Ccnow to pay with Paypal. If they use Paypal Checkout you can refund them and resend everything..you'll have to stay on top of it..eventually they will pay..ebay won't know your doing this..

If you disable checkout they can still checkout if you accept Paypal in your listings..

If you can provide the docs they need to add the merchant account to your ebay account you can do this also...

Where do I go to provide the docs that i have a merchant account? I have seen many sellers that take CCNow on ebay and have a link that say "WINNERS CLICK HERE TO CHECK OUT", just wondering if I have to set that up thru ebay first.

Ebay will ask you to do it when you select you want to use a Merchant account. They'll send you the details about it.

yeah, and then when you fax in the info, they will never call. i guess i have to refax it and spend another 2 bucks. it been 11 days now.

Do you know for sure that the fax went thro' OK? Have you got that page that
gives the time etc etc: if you have send that as well.

Hi-if u need Wallys fax number-let me know..He called me soon after the fax..got his cell number too...Once I told him I had 9 kids..think he wanted it back though..;)

he finally sent me an email today. it figures, today i gave up and left the tracfone turned off. he didn't give me the okay though. he said he needs a merchant statement, which was already sent to him. i guess i will have to send the statement i received in the mail instead of the online version.

Man, I would hate to have been hanging by the.......

OK, did it! Thats a Monthly Printout for a merchant acct statement from ccnow.. it has no header name, but it has a month/year, and shows daily recaps..
--BTW-- ebay already has this exact stmt.. so you'd need diff dates/numbers, i GUESS EXCEL?

p.s...notice -0- chargebacks,, I make it a MUST..to always have -0- chargebacks with my merch accts, and paypal, I think thats real important, folks.. :)

You need SOMETHING that Proves that you do in fact have a legit merchant acct...

Well I registered with CCNow, zero transaction tho. Does this mean I have a legit merchant account?

The one I sent to ebay has the client ID but no name and address. Do you think ebay would call the merchant a/c company to verify my name and address?
