Paypal Limited Real SSN verified account,

I've had this paypal for about 5 years. Registered under a family members name. Its just a simple limitation that I needed to verify number, and change security questions. I also needed to confirm location by adding a credit or debit card. I dont want to add the family member's due to the address the cards are on are suspended. Can I use a VCC with my family members real info and the address i have on paypal that isnt suspended to bypass it?

With VCC- not, VCC are anonymous, but with AVS Credit card -yes. AVS card match full info details - address, zip + phone registered on PP.
