How damaging is a neutral fb - with good dsr's

Hi

can anyone please advise?

A buyer recently gave me a neutral fb, with good dsr ratings.
I asked them if there was any problems - there was an issue, but the buyer stated that it wasnt my fault - as I didnt make the item and the weather was very hot. :mad2:

I had 100% great fb, until this - should I try to get rid of this neutral (is that an option, or is that only for negatives?).
Im willing to offer a refund in return for retraction - but should i bother?
Is neutral fb damaging at all to an account - or are the DSR's the most damaging?

Thanks

It's the DSR that's the most damaging.

Neutral feedback with good DSR is like a positive to me :)

Yeah neutrals dont count against you at all. Also how do you know he left you 5 stars?

From my past understanding however, a neutral fb is considered a negative. But if DSRs still good, you should be ok - check your seller dashboard.

They are counted as nothing on your feedback but I saw something about how the negs are all that will do damage at all. I am trying to locate it now though.

I do know that nuetrals dont affect your feedback percentage at all. I have 2 neutrals and my ratings are all 100%

Neutrals do not effect your % feedback score. The only "negative" aspect is that people will see the Neutral and read what happened. If the buyer stated it wasn't your fault, then everything is good. You must watch your DSRs carefully and not sell much to keep track of the score you are left. We aren't supposed to "know" that! :)
