Ebay account suspended, can I appeal?

So I have my ebay account suspended, ebay wants me to verify myself.
They're asking me to fax them my driver license.
Where do I fax it to, to what address , and using what website,
I am a little confused.

Usually they give you an address. (Then that was last month's method. Might be different. :rolleyes:)

Was the notice an MC010?
