Paypal advertising preference adchoice opt in or opt out tracking?

You chose to see customized ads from PayPal and other eBay entities on all browsers. Do you want to opt out?

You'll still see ads, but they won't be tailored to your interests.

Does it matter if you opt in or opt out? I always click opt out. Somebody with knowledge please share!

Opting out is good - I have not bothered with this and has not caused me issues. Keep everything unlinked.
