Can this be done to list veRo
 

im thinking about to list a vero item.but in the tittle line i dont name the brand.

example:i want to list a digital armani watch.

but in the tittle i just put DIGITAL WATCH

and in the description i mention it is NOT armani and has nothing to do with armani just a look a like. but in the picturs it shows armani logo .???

do you think ebay still can remove my listing because of policy violation?

2 years ago I listed a T-Shirt I printed by myself. It had the slogan: WHO THE F*** IS ED? on it.
In the describtion I wrote something like: For all the people who are sick and tired of Ed Hardy.
Bamm, the removed it the next day because I was not supposed to use Ed Hardy if it is no Ed Hardy.

i think your listing was removed because you was messing with ed hardy business by saying who the f***k are they.
you was a bit aggrasive on ed hardy :lol:
and thats why they reported you.(only guessing)

but im trying to say my watch is not armani,and in the tittle i dont put armani so when somebody searching for armani it wouldn't come up.

the only way your listing would be removed if someone reports your listing, or if ebay or vero member views your listing it would be removed.

but why vero member report me???

like i said im going to mention this is not any brand(unbranded item)

Because your listing will get taken done because it breaches the IP rights of the brand owner EVEN if you do not mention its name. The photo alone will do it.

Dont forget it's not correct to sell vEro.
