Dispute for 10k-30k...
 

So if I bought something expensive international outside the usa and I as the buyer are in the usa and would happen to not receive anything for an item within 10k-30k and I file a not received dispute how hard would paypal make me go through paperwork or something?

I think this would involve major paperwork, police, and definitely some sort of higher power (fraud investigation).

For that much I would just go to the IC3 website and open a claim that way. I have done it when paypal doesnt help sometimes. I won a very complicated chargeback years ago on there. Took a while but paypal was worthless in helping me.

How did you win it? Credit or debit card chargeback or what exactly?

Lol, Im not going to commit something stupid. I just want to know because I want to buy something internationally and want to be prepared. Please guys real tips. No hijackers. Thank you!

Frankly the topic stinks. Info is sketchy at best. Can be considered one of two reasons.
