Brand new stealth account, tried to pay for first item and limited.
 

hi

i setup a new stealth pp and ebay account a few months ago.
all verified with bank account added.
added a cc (but not yet confirmed)
went into ebay, bought an item for £1, went to pay and it said there was a problem with paypal.

got an email from paypal saying ive been limited.
it asked me to confirm my bank which i had already done, and confirm phone which i had already done. so i rang pp and the person said to upload photo id.

ive now got the upload photo id on my account.
i can sort out the photo id, but is this normal now with all new account or did i do something wrong?

ive been doing stealth for years and going ok, its just lately things seem to have changed.

I think it has to do with the VCC you used - I am guessing you made new computer user account, diff IP, new phone number, etc new?
