Suspended for opening too many disputes as a buyer -__- can I still use this paypal

Basically over the past 3 months I've bought about several items from a ton of low feedback sellers (0-10) and I've scored some pretty amazing deals but out of 50 transactions I think I disputed 25 for Item not received, the sellers have been good for as described.

Anyways my ebay power seller was being used for these purchases and was suspended permanently.

Now since this was for opening too many disputes would I be safe to still use this paypal for accepting payments like off several forums for paypal direct payment? I know I can't use this paypal on a ebay

Thanks

Sounds to me like you are one of those system abusers. Why would you target low feedback sellers? are they competitors of yours? I have tried to look at this several ways and think either you are Full of it or you are a crook.

Sorry to be so blunt but Someone that has 50% of everything they buy as an item not received seems to have problems. either you are ripping people off or you are dumb enough to keep buying from sellers that dont sent stuff to you.

Let me guess, you got all of them that had tracking info and miraculously the ones you didnt get those bad sellers didnt use tracking? Seems the only ones that try to rip me off have that exact MO.

I hope I am not the only one that feels this way. If so, then sorry to the Mod that has to take the time to delete it. You know its deserved though.

Thanking Kingray again lol

BiN4RY 08-18-2011 09:30 PM

Another perfect example of why you shouldn't buy stuff using a seller account, stealth or not.

KingRay 08-18-2011 09:36 PM

There are perfect examples of much more going on here as well.

1. Target low sellers.
2. Out of 50 transactions you dispute 25. That's 50% ratio.
3. Your a power seller.
4. LOL = Sounds like your taking down competitors and love giving negative feedback which sucks. If im wrong then I apologize! :)

Ebayorbust 08-19-2011 01:11 PM

OP, did you contact the sellers and try to resolve without opening disputes in the Resolution Centre?

I'm sure if you had you wouldn't have had to open 25 item not received cases.

KingRay 08-19-2011 01:48 PM

You can follow the OP's other posts and see that 1/2 of what is talked about is concerns on what can be gotten away with and what cant. Total scammer in my opinion.

nkwatch 08-19-2011 03:33 PM

No that totally Incorrect.
Ive bought from low sellers because you can get good deals, I'm sure you all are aware of that and I'm sure I can even provide proof of this... Ive only had item not received disputes open , how am I scamming?

nkwatch 08-19-2011 03:36 PM

and no i usually buy items for $100-200 are you saying half of members don't use tracking when its about a dollar more"?

mercurial333 08-19-2011 03:41 PM

I still buy lots of stuff outside of ebay, and pay with Paypal. Many are risky transactions since the sellers have very good prices. Most deliver as promised, some don't. I had some disputes, but not that many as the OP, and not in such a short period of time.

I think with INR's you should be fine, especially if other buyers are in the same boat, but if you have too many SNADS they will kick you out I believe.

No, he uses only 50% of his brain to operate on ebay.

Re-do the math.

Think it equals idiot.:juggle:

SaiJin 08-19-2011 04:50 PM

OP: You know... I may or may not feel bad for saying this, but I think you deserve that suspension TEN FOLD OVER!

I know how it feels when our bread and butter account to make a living got suspended, because some D**K gang up on you and I don't want anyone's livelyhood to be taken away. But you... gtfo of eBay until you learn more about other human being.

Item not received? 25 of them? Really? at the VERY least, CONTACT the damn seller. A good seller will always work with you.
but 50%? CUte!

ovidiu 08-19-2011 05:21 PM

Even if this is on the up and up, I wouldn't want to be a seller selling to this buyer.

KingRay 08-19-2011 05:35 PM

OP, There is no defending this. you are a full time fraud that is abusing the system and messing with others livelihoods.

There is no rationing what you did. You are a predator. Your old posts are easy to read into as they are just posts to get info on what ebay users can do to you when you rip them off. Not that hard to figure out. You are playing people on both ends and its sad.

Gamefreak 08-19-2011 06:24 PM

Holly smokes dude 50% damn!

slapped 08-19-2011 07:41 PM

So Let me get this straight,,,you disputed 25 out 50 Purchases where you spent about $100.00-$200.00 on each Purchase,,,,

My question to you is why did"nt you dispute the other 25 Transactions?,,,Did those sellers mess you up and Provide you with a Tracking Number?,,,,Is that why you target New Sellers?

So this is what you do? Rip People OFF?,,,Your a LOWLIFE!!!!I Hope Ebay has a Spy Reading his, and it brings about some Policy Changes that will make it harder for Sc#mb@gs to Operate,,Losing your Powersellers account is th LEAST that should happen to you,,,Me Personally,,Id Give you Skydiving Lessons,,,WITHOUT a Parachute,,

Now go Crawl back under from whatever rock you came out from under

KingRay 08-19-2011 07:53 PM

Wow, Slapped, Awesome, I thought I was the only one that didnt sugar coat things.:clap:

unkown5454 08-19-2011 09:34 PM

Sorry to say nkwatch, but every person here who has given you negative comments is 100% correct. I even think I have argued with you on some of your idiotic postings in the past.

You are a scammer, a Ve RO seller (the bad kind), and this is just one more post on your profile to prove it.

Please leave EB as soon as possible, kthanx buddy.

Several items does not equate to 50 transactions. That's a plan of pushing boundaries thinking you are above ebay/paypal's requirements.

Woopee do for the amazing deals. They are good if you can get them.

Let's go back to the 'several items' and being in the position of having to file INRs MORE than once. Nothing struck you as strange you had to do it more than once? Nothing struck you as strange when you had done it 10 times?
Nope, scam city here I am. Your defense of a bad childhood or anything else is sh&T.
You got what you deserved. Your greed lost you your account. Tough.
