MC021 Reinstatement?
 

I have been an Ebay member since 1998 and say that I am going to ship all items 3 day but ship them overnight, provide refunds with any issues, almost perfect feedback, no complaints, excellent DSR yadda yadda..

I decided to sell my girlfriends authentic brand name VERO purse on my account. The auction was pulled in the early stages and the Ebay account suspended indefinitely with an MC021 and Paypal suspended indefinitely with funds held for 180 days.

I understand the concept of a stealth account but believe the benefits of a full legit account are far greater so I am gunning to have these accounts reinstated. I emailed Paypal and they said more or less that they will reinstate if I can get my Ebay account back.

What I would like to know is, are there any tips, tricks, phone numbers, fax numbers, Email addys, or specific wordings I should include with my statements? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I dont understand why you feel a full legit account is better than a stealth one.

To ebay and paypal they are not different. They have no ideas of whether or not its real or not. IF they didnt think you were full legit then they would not let you sell.

Stealth means stealth, half-assed account, it means completely stealth and unable to be seen differently than a legit account as you say it.

If you see a difference then you are doing something wrong.

I have real and stealth accounts and they treat them 100% the same because in their eyes they are both real accounts.

I hope you are understanding what I mean. You should not have to worry about it at all.

Ok, what I don't understand is, how would a "perfect" account instantly get hit with MC021 and both EB/PP suspended with 180 hold on the money just from one single item and violation?

This account has no past negative history going on?????

Things don't sound right here.

The advantage is, I don't have to play games with social security numbers or screwing with deleting cookies, changing IP addresses, etc etc. If I don't have to play games, I don't want to (although I am very good at it).

I don't want to open more bank accounts that I dont need, waste all the great feedback I have on this account.. There are so many reasons..

The worst this account has seen was a couple buyers that filed complaints about getting DOA items, but they were refunded immediately.

You all know Ebay does this to people.. I thought.. You aren't all here because you're crooks are you?

Ive gone stealth and running for nearly a year, take out 150 to 250 every couple of days from paypal and its all good, but I lost 10 accounts on my journey to my first stealth stealth account, def worth it once you got one up and running smooth, no issues so far, 1 payment review got released in 24 hours.

I would try to get your account back first, then go stealth if you cant.

or sometimes if you go to help section of ebay, and run thru questions, and choose acc suspended, they give a chat link that actually works...
