VCC Generator
 

I have been using my citicard to generate VCC ... This requires changing your billing info(temporarily on the website), is there a better way to do it? Or is this something we can't talk about?

After doing it for awhile they finally shut me down, and i even had to goto a bank and show my DL... to get it lifted because of the address changes. Well they said it wouldn't be a problem further if i did it. So since then there has been no problems. But, does anyone else use this method? If so, any other method that doesn't require changing your actual cards info?

Do netspend still do VCCs? I have an account with them but can't find where the option for VCCs are.
