new paypal account creation problem
 

Just tried to create my first paypal account in a long time and ive ran into a problem. i just entered a real debit card details and it wont accept it for some reason.

have things on paypal changed? can i still use entropay etc?

any help and advice would be much appreciated. :pop2:

PP will not accept cards for 3 main reasons:

1. The card was used on PP before.

2. The debit card associated with the bank account does not have any funds in the account.

3. The postcode entered on PP is not the same as the debit card postcode.

If it is "reason 2", then all you need to do is add funds to the bank the debit card is associated with and it will work fine.

Never used Entropay. I hear physical card is more respected. :pop2:

what cards do you guys use when making a stealth account?

You cant use your own card on stlth.... AVS man...AVS.
