Do they provide VCCs? I have an account with them but can't find any indication of VCCs, yet I see lots of people talking about them like they provide VCCs?

Yeah they do. But i believe you gotta wait til you get the permanent card in the mail and activate that.

Yes they do. I have netspend myself. Maybe they took the feature off if you don't see it. Call them and ask.
