MC067 and MC999
 

Hello all,

Just make one account couple days ago, list 1 item.

Got phone call to day from eBay 801-545-1800 when I pick it up they already hang up and I know what will be happen

2 minutes later I got MC067 and MC999 ask me to call in.

When call in they didn't ask the random questions but just tell me to fax in ID.

The guy I talked to sound like he know all about stealth :-) by the way he talk.

2 minutes after phone call, I got this note from them.

They actually said Photoshop huh? seriously doubt it. They suspect people will do that but the wording looks like your style.

I doubt with the way ebay words things and makes sure legally every word they say is correct they would say Photoshop in their email.

wouldnt it say something like "Do not alter" or somethign similar?. They just throw in "Photoshop"

If I am wrong I am sorry but I have seen too many people on here post BS posts to rattle some cages and enjoy the arguing afterwards for their oddball pleasure.

This is BS. eBay communications are always grammatically correct and filled with legalese.

If it not happen to you it didn't mean it not happen to anyone. Not all of the ebay employee born here in the US and not all of them speak English as their first language.

No sense in going on. I did say if I am wrong then I am sorry. Photoshop can change any doc. I just dont think it was from ebay is all.

That is OK bro, the reason I post it here to share the information that happen to me. You believe or not don't get me a cent more in my pocket :-). There no reason for me to make up this sh!t and post in the forum. I better make more account and make more money.

Being stealth will NEVER be pointless. But dont solely rely on the stealth books. Take what you learn and prosper from that. Use the books as a stepping stone, sort of a guidance for starters. But go from there. Try other stuff. Teach yourself new things. The things we learn from others and what we teach ourselves, is always better.. You'll feel better about it, trust me..

I got the same email before..they are referencing not photoshopping your user Id onto the paperwork after you scan it. They want it written on it. I'm assuming. I received same letter on last mc999 I was like wtf...

After being around Ebay for 15 years, I can say that these types of messages are all automated, therefore are mistake free. You can see why it would raise an eyebrow...:suspicious: contact number is 001+801...?? I have never seen an email with the word "photoshop" typed in. Maybe it is a new thing. Regardless, you didn't give all the info when you first wrote in and I do not agree with all people on this site are smart A**** just because they do not agree with you.

i understand your concerns. I assure you.. It's real . As someone who posts a lot on here, you can take my word for it. I'm not a noob :P

What info you want to see? name, address, abnk account, dob or ssn?

Either way, What is going to happen is they are going to put more requirements on us because of all the morons that doctor up their ID's etc and make them look like a 3 yr old did it. That will hose all of us so if any of you are doing it and think you are a pro at it then just then show someone that knows before sending them.

I bet 50% of ebay database is compiled of stealth accounts.
