Opening bank or prepaid bank-backed accounts online
 

Need some assistance.. The bank backed prepaid cards I have been using starting to disappear. Which sucks for me..

Does anyone know of bank accounts or bank backed prepaid cards (like netspend) that I can register online, get the account & routing number right away. Use the account to get amazon disbursements. Then from that, transfer it out to a paypal or alertpay account?

Now I am wanting to do this WITHOUT having to get a debit card or anything in the mail. With the prepaid cards, the account will have to allow me to do it without activating the card. Need this to be strictly online.
