And last eBay said they call you, can I send them my alternate number and/or my cell? ITs honestly easier to call my cell than my home because most of the time i am not at home...and what do they ask when they call? Thanks

Im not sure about the phone number, I would atleast add the cell phone number to your account, they are picky on everything matching...when Wally calls he will ask you a million questions about what you sell and what business you intend on doing...but he's polite..

And, if you say China, will he think it's counterfeit?

Dammit why doesn't he just join this forum, it'd be much easier! He could even offer an instant verification with no need for a phone call for all aspkin forums members :)

eBayhateluv might have a statement for you, I don't have one at the moment, but I'm hoping to get a section together that'll offer statements.

The only problem with that is the sensitive information in merchant statements.

They shouldn't be able to. You should scratch out any sensitive data though, like an account number.

i thought that was a no-no now to scratch out the merchant account number on the statement we fax? i they cannot access my name from my merchant because i sent it with the account number intact.

My SALES history is blank, can I fax that in to eBay? Or do I HAVE to have transactions setup?

Also is it ok that my name and stuff is not on merchant statement?

HI: Explain to them on your cover letter-you were just approved for the merchant acct- Heres the Recap from your acct.. -0- sales would be fine under this scenario
