How long to remove Ebay selling limit
 

Hi guys, the story starts from here, I am as a seller on eaby for one year. I had a big jump on my selling on June, because it is my hot season from June, after 10-15 days, ebay set me a selling limit, they think my selling increase too much in a short time. So when I reach my selling limit, I switch to other 2 accounts to continue my selling on the same PC, same IP. No doubt, I get a FR%OMM002 notice and all 3 accounts cannot list any more. I faxed my documents and get 3 accounts back. Bt they decrease my selling limit from 11000 items/month to 500 items/month, that is a big restriction on my account now.I called them to request increase my selling limit, they ask me to wait 30 days, this month I call them agian, they said the request is denied, I need to wait another 30 days to request.
So I want to know if anybody in my simialr situation? How long I need to wait until I can raise my selling limit? I really appreicate if anybody can help out?

Welcome to the forums. From what I have read, feels like you are really trying to push your luck with these accounts rather than just creating more and spreading sales.

If they denied your request, maybe try again in 6 months - don't keep pushing. All the best.

What are you selling?

If I get a fresh account, I still have a new account selling limit, I don't know how long I need to take to reach my previous selling limit(10000 items/month), 2 monsth? 6 months? 12 months?
so I think if I can lift selling limit in 2-3 months, I don't want to go with a fresh account.
Does any body know timeframe on selling limit?

There is no set timeframe for selling limit - some folx have said auto uppage in 90 days - other folx don't get that - others even have called in to try to force limits and then get hit with ID verification.

Choice is yours on what the proper move is.

Are you a top rated seller and powerseller? If you are a certain teared powerseller then you have to maintaining high sales per month.

also are you a business seller and are both seller and paypal accounts listed as business?

SOmething else is going on here because the powerseller levels require high sales volume.(if you are a PS)

Also what are your DSR's like on your dashboard. Maybe that could be a cause, maybe not.

I went through all my verification like driver license, bank account, phone number, bill statement, invoice for selling products, all real information. I am top rated seller/ gold powerseller, all DSRs 4.8~4.9. I called them many times to raise limit, they just ask me to wait 30 days...
not sure if I need to call them again or just wait to next month.

That doesnt make any sense. If you are a gold powerseller then your minimum requirements are that much or more in sales to sustain the PS gold status.

So they are limiting you and keeping you at a gold PS level?? They dont do that. Are you sure they didnt downgrade your PS level?

Agreed. And I have new accounts with no limits.

What else is wrong with your account if you have selling limits?

Give more info to get better help. Theres' much more going on than you are saying.

Firstly ebay thinks my business growing too fast, so them added selling limit on my account. and then I used multiple accounts to avoid selling limit, this violates policy, so they restrict me.

You might be a TRS but are you sure you made the gold powerseller status?

Have you checked to see if you have meet the requirement? from what you are saying I'm thinking you've just missed for some reason(s).
