Paypal limited and requires alot of info including bank question??

So I missed a call from paypal and got paypal limited.

When I look at requirements it ask to confirm bank account by adding a new one. but the current one I have is still on there.

Any reason why it says that or they probably didn't like the current bank on file?

Last time this happened I called them up and an agent fixed it. All the best.

As long as you had a working phone you can call them and work this out in most cases.
It is those who do not have a working phone who usually have problems.
