I received this message a few days after listing my first item for sale. The item was never listed and I received this message shortly after.

What should I do? Contact them or move on to another account?

I got this way back when I opened one and it went fine. I just confirmed the details I signed up with and all was good. They will ask for stuff like how much do you plan on listing. If you are selling full time or not.

Just tell them that you were recently laid off from your job and you plan on taking a go at making a living.

Dont act like you know how ebay already works or they will ask you how you know this if you are just starting out.

Made that mistake on an account before I knew better.

Just casual conversation and blew it. He asked if I had any questions and I answered with I pretty much know all about how it works since I used to sell years ago. Then a barrage of questions came and I just hung up like a moron.
