last weeks I bought a paypal acc verified with no selling limits...
I have try to receive money and it's work good...
but when I want to sent money, its can't completed transaction...
Please Help Me... what have I do to my paypal....

You have to put a bank account for it to download to on the account

It does sound like you do not have an account that does not have limits.

What does pp show about limits.

Click on the section to see if the limit state lifted or if it has an dollar amount showing.

Sounds like you are not telling the FULL STORY are you.

So the flag is USA but you are not in that country, are you.

Shall I make a bet that you did not bother to tell your seller the full story?????

You need to add a checking account or a savings account with an account number and routing number.
