i have been feeding an account with 900$ in holds 3-4$ at a time to pay for shipping... ebay is so retarded.... lol err i mean paypal is... I even tried to email them to the transaction ids that have been delivered for 2 weeks. i get a auto reply message back.. gg.. sigh

call them and say its been delivered more than three business days ago.. and they release it.. that simple.. i do it all the time.

Call them. I call after tracking shows its been more than 3 business days meaning monday-friday days and they will release a fund.
