pay pal didn't ask to confirm credit card ?

I created a new pay pal stealth today, and only added a Gift Card no bank. It went through fine but pay pal never asked me to confirm my credit card, aka no expuse code. Does this normally happen?

Thats normal. They usually want is a bank account to confirm.

From my experience, they ask for the expuse code only if you add a CC after adding and confirming a bank account first.

Yes, they ask for some 3-4 digit code that is charged instantly on the credit or debit card and sometimes takes 1 day, but this is weird that it didn't ask you for it. If it didn't ask then don't worry and just go foward luck.

If they did not ask you are ok.

They might turn around and ask for it so keep it handy just in case.

Today again they didn't ask to confirm card on a new stealth account I started. I sure hope Pay Pal is not looking at Mac Addresses now! Just makes me paranoid like they know its stealth. I followed the stealth book perfect too. Time will tell.=}
