So is there any linking if you pay as a guest?

I had put some old info since I was buying through a website that needs my real info shipped to me.

I did a guest payment as a try on an old user account that was suspended for having pp issues and what not. The payment went through but then the SELLER e-mails me saying the payment is being held. I received e-mail to call up pp - which I did. They then asked me for documentation ID - I said wtf, I am buying a guest.

Regardless, they would not let my funds released to the seller. I am sure because of the IP/cookie links.

When was that?

Bout a week ago to the day. Guest payment still should be done like a stealth.
