Can I Get Limited By Offering a Free Vero Gift???

Im selling a tottaly unbranded item witch is going OK.But Ther is a LOT of people selling the same thing in that category , most of them power sellers.

so im thinking about to offer a free gift.but my free gift is a little bit Vero. :)

so do you think i can get limited if i offer a Vero free gift????

@GreenBean ,im Saying Vero NOT f@kE :juggle:

if you dont mention that vero name you will be fine.....vero sellers use keywords for their searches that bring up all vero items from the title, variations, and descriptions.

Doesn't sound sensible does it Green Lion? There's nothing like drawing attention to your account to create problems - if it's legal and your account can stand any hassle that comes your way then it's up to you. Personally? ....

H*ll I'd say take a shot but you would have to word it carefully. Research is key. All the best.

No but you will get negs, I was looking at some TRS accounts that were doing this and it actually increased there negs, people were leaving negs because the free gift didn't work even though the item they purchased did, unfortunately we have to live with these weirdo's, if only we knew who they were..

Who are the weirdos?

Randomly

oops, you meant buyers? ;)

That GreenBean, aka Mr MeanBeans needs to be watched.

Moving onwards....

the 'gift' free, vErO, non-VeRo or whatever, can sometimes be more of a problem. Such is the nature of buyers they get annoyed if the freebie does not meet their expectations. Big tendancy to ignore the free part. If you are feeling generous, offer a voucher with a discount for future sales. Or offset your costs, BOGO sucks them in ;)

FREE

What the heck are you talking about giving something away for FREE.

That is a dirty word.

rsot 08-31-2011 10:47 AM

Mr. MeanBeans - you closed the other thread before I could say something ha =P

GREEN LION 08-31-2011 12:19 PM

they are going to pay for it as im going to put my price higher than everybody else.

alot of people think if something is more expensive is better.I always sell more expensive than my competitors even with account with 0 feedback.and it always work .

so im actually going to make profit even on the free gift.

but im going to consider what jbluntz said as well.
