one more things to consider is in the website make sure you include a CCNow logo, which is mandatory. You can find the logo on the ccnow console.

Be careful of doing that.

Have evidence of ccnow NOT liking that.

It is not as simple as you think:smash:

Yes, they track the seller by IP/cookies. If you just pay without doing anything about that, they will cancel the sale as they will know that it is you. So change them after sending the invoice and before paying.

Yes they will know its you and will reverse the charges back to your paypal. Do this too many times and you will get banned.

Be very careful with CCNow, its not a fool-proof method nor an entirely reliable company. A quick google search will tell you that they, like paypal, have a nasty habit of canning users promptly with no intention of returning your money.
You've been warned.

I thought that an advantage of CCNow when compared to PayPal, was that you got your money, period. I have never heard of them holding money like paypal

well it happens.

i had a cc-now where a customer did charge back through pp which in turn put my cc-now in neg the next item i sold covered that then they reinstated me, a short while after i had the same thing happen but i had funds to covered it, they closed the account and held the funds.

about 6 months later i was going to close the Bank account attached (lloyds) and they had released the money a week before.

So if you get canned you will get any limited funds but it takes about 6 months.

Basically its not fool-proof. You can get canned quite easily. they don't make it so obvious what can get you canned either in little slip ups like the one above will get you screwed.

I don't think you can upload funds either? e.g. to cover a negative balance

TIZ: have you made another ccnow in stealth? is it possible?

this thread is about cashing out your OWN pp to ccnow.
so are you saying customer did a chargeback to your pp and then
you cashed out to ccnow and ccnow reversed? but how, your pp was the
'customer' that should not be possible...

I know what the whole thread is about but i was answering with poster above my post.....

If someone buys something through ccnow using paypal they can still open a dispute in pp and you have to deal with it in the same way you do with paypal but through ccnow.

So no thats not what im saying.
