Dispute and refunds?
 

So if a buyer opens a dispute with ebay or paypal and there are no funds in my available balance, but there are funds in my hold funds part where im waiting for the 21 day hold where is the money taken out of the 21 day hold account or available funds? I have never really paid attention, but I wll now so that's why im asking.

They will take it out of the available funds and you account will go negative until your hold is released and will go positve or remain negative depending on how much money was being held.

They do this for accounting purposes and to keep claims sepreate just in case you have case filed on you by the buyer whos payment is beaing held.
