Success so far with UK merchant account
 

Posted this in here, as I didn't really want to share it publically.
Anyway, signed up with Nochex, and have started accepting CC payments through an old account (so didn't need to verify). Well, have had 3 sales today already, and has all been quite successful!

It's great to see money in your merchant account, and know it's YOURS.

I was getting payments of £20 each, and just 70p fee per payment. Seemed reasonable for a good service, and a piece of mind.

Just thought I would share my first experiences! Will update as things move on.

I used to use nochex, when it first started it was way better than paypal, you knew the money was yours, no messing about like paypal. have not been on the nochex site for years, just checked it out now, looks o.k for ebay, but what about the details, the s/c and a/c have to be real, but what about the name and address?

Why would you want to use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address on nochex?

sorry i thought it was like paypal where you could just make up the details
