I purchaseed an ebay&paypal account, but I do not know when I can start to sell, and before I sell what I need to do.
How to find out other infos of the accounts like birthdate after I purchase

Who did you purchase the account from? The seller SHOULD have all pertinent details.

1. Make sure you are operating link-free.

2. You should buy a few things over few weeks then prep to sell.
