Community reported? Account was may... 11 dsrs 35 feedback no negs/1 neutral. Item they asked for "proof of authenticity" for wasn't even the auction that was active that they cancelled.
So i dunno which was the problem, the one that was active that got reported or an ended auction that was reported.

just thought some of this wording "and prove it's authentic" was neat and interesting... I have some creative ideas on that, i just wish i was creative enough to "make it happen" this account isn't worth fighting for. Even if it's end of may. Still was only 10 items per month and the feedback was 100% but the neutral was current and probably helped get it blocked. Live and learn :p

But you had sold the item at one point? Recently - if not active?

Nope.. the brand it asked about was the one I most often had listed. I switched because I wasn't happy with the way ratings were going.I guess too late
