I have had items seized in the states. I called customs, told them I was unaware these items were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ (though I doubt they believe me) and they said they destroy the merchandise.
anyone in UK have seized and what to do in such cases. according to the letter I have two options, 1,writing do not want that , consignment 2.alternatively by starting proceedings in the appropriate conunty or high court.
I bet the seized stuff does not get destroyed. They divi it up amongst themselves!1 They are corrupt.just like the post office. They send stuff to dead letter wharehouse and supposedly destroy them . Yea ok. I could imagine how many boxsets boxes of electronics jewlery perfume any thing of value get destroyed... They have to open every package. They are corrupt just like OBAMA and his Lies!!

Mail come to your real address, in real details?
If so, write back allowing disposal of the goods.
EMI is one of the signatory parties in the UK of the cartel that follows through on preventing the sale of counterfeit goods.
Based on my 1st statement, that will get one monkey off your back

This is what I dont understand about things like that.
How the sender of this letter even knows you got it? Was it certified? If not,got lost in the mail.
I heard that happens a lot in the UK.:D
I have had items seized, but never got a letter... Items just vanished and seller had to ship new. Next time try not to use a name, but a business instead. Like Abs PC repairs or something like that. Gives less suspicion and you can deny deny deny....
