Chance to use friends old eBay + PayPal.. Few questions about H.R.M.C

In last couple days I searching legal way how to come back to selling on ebay+paypal and be honest to H.R.M.C

Obviously my ebay and paypal accounts has been suspended.

What I am looking for is to use my friend ebay and paypal account(both accounts has not been used in last couple month) also my friend lives far away from me. What I looking to do is connect my bank business account(never liked to paypal) in to his paypal so I will be getting withdraws in to my account. And I will be declare my income to H.R.M.C base form Bank Business Account. I think at the moment this is a only legal way for me to came back to Ebay.

Anyone how can advice something?

I am just worried about him Did he have to became a self assessment ?


I am really looking forward to do this but before I need some serius advice on Monday I will be calling to H.R.M.C to check it.

No way did you spend any time reading here or you would have read the 4 post from yesterday alone of people doing the same thing.

Why in the world would you use someone elses name, info, account etc?

You will lose a friend real quick.

Spend the time here reading and learning and make you OWN account.

And you will get to keep your friend.
