Problems to open stealth account from Egypt
 

hello every one am new to this ebay-paypal world
i am not from America am from Egypt
i bought the stealth guide coz i cannot open paYpal legally
every thing is coool except

-----------> my paYpal is not verified<-------------

am trying to buy a vcc but failed they refuse my visa coz it is outside usa
please tell me
where i can get a vcc which is valid for USA paYpal which would accept my visa as a payment which is Egyptian one also can enter in it a
-------------> USA address <---------- which is in my paYpal address
to pass their address verification

the problem is that address is not my real billing address in my real visa

i tried giftcard , simon , netspend

i already have entropay which i tried and failed and libertyreserve

any posts any tutorials any help any suggestions

hello every one i just finish my USA paypal account the first stealth one
i wanna to start buying with it from my ebay account but there is a problem

should i fund it with my moneybookers which is my real one i mean would this be suspicious for paypal as the first money to go in the account is from a moneybooker with totally different information and country used ??


what is the safest way to fund my paypal stealth account and not be traced ??

Best way to fund it is to use the Bank account that you attached to it in order to Verify it.

As for the amount in My Opinion the More Money that you Put IN to your Paypal account the More REAL it looks,,its NOT important to do it all at once

As for the rest,,Don't worry about it

thanks lot man for your Help but i used a vcc to verify it and my other option is a vba which i think they both can't be used for that purpose i think they r used just for the verifying process please explain to me if am wrong

Firstly, I don't think you can fund pp with a moneybookers.

Secondly, def a worthy idea to speak to Jbluntz when he offers to help you out.

Since this is an open sub-forum, I won't post other ideas outside - seems liek you are asking other questions that have been addressed on other posts all over - vcc, vba, etc.

or one of them would go and should i use them in a specific order coz i already got the vcc and don't have the vba yet

Vba is required for USA pa yp al verification - the vcc allows for CONFIRMATION.

This being said, for simply buyer account, vcc would be sufficient - but vba allows for more limits.

As for recommendation of names, tons of them exist - you can either search around the forums, the net (lot of posts about it) or speak to reputable sellers on this website.

You have tried and failed several times - what card? prob not watched - could be problems with the card itself. Discuss.
