My brother wants to signup at my banned address....

So my brother just came back home after being on a trip for a few months and he wants to signup and sell some stuff on ebay. Will this be a problem with paypal? He has never signed up for paypal, but im banned from paypal with my real ssn and this address...

Most likely will get banned eventually, but no harm in trying I guess.

Its not a problem. I once used my real address, real name, an real SSN. I got banned from that account and asked my sister if i could use her real info. She said yes and went ahead and sold like normal until that was banned too. I was doing stupid stuff.
I am sure he can sell like normal but might be under a closer watch from EB. This was 6-9 months ago.

He just signed up using a different apt number. Hope everything is fine for him. :)
